- Ensure all PHP properties are allocated through Choice Based Lettings operated by the Borough of Poole.
- Ensure all successful applicants will have an accompanied viewing of the property that they have been successful in bidding for.
- Strive to re-let our properties within 28 days of the keys being returned to us.
- Ensure that all our properties meet our Void Property Letting Standards.
- Give you an appointment to sign your Tenancy Agreement and provide you with the keys to your new home.
- Fully explain your Tenancy Agreement and take time to go through your rights and responsibilities as a tenant of the Council.
- Place a tenant information pack in all empty properties prior to being let.
