Housing Options Appraisal- The Future For PHP

The Housing Options Appraisal Project will examine the best way to fund the future investment needs of the Council's housing stock.

PHP will have brought the stock up to a good standard by 2010 but after then the additional funding that PHP has enjoyed will end. The project will examine the options open to the Council and to PHP. A Working Party comprising elected members, resident representatives and the Chairman of PHP has been established to make sure the project is as thorough and open as possible and to make sure that everyone who wants to have a say has the opportunity to do so.
