Book an appointment with a Housing Benefit Caseworker at PHP
We now have a Housing Benefits Caseworker working at our office every Wednesday morning between 9.30am and 1.00pm. The Caseworker works on an appointments basis. To book an appointment, please contact the Income Team on 01202 264444.
The Housing Benefit Caseworker can deal with:
- Help with new claims.
- Change of address/circumstance.
- Payment/calculation information.
- Estimates.
- Issues with ongoing claims.
