Resident Involvement Compact And Your PHP
Your PHP and the Resident Involvement Compact agreement between PHP and their residents.
The "Resident Involvement Compact" is the name given to the agreement between residents and PHP as to how, when and where we will consult with you on matters affecting you, your home and your community.
Your PHP is an A2 folded leaflet summarising the key areas of this document.
The Resident Involvement Strategy sets out the aims and objectives for Resident Involvement and how we intend to achieve them.
The Formal Agreement is a statement of standards for Resident Involvement and talks about how people can complain in case we fail.
Together, they form the Resident Involvement Compact for the next three years, although we will review it annually to make sure it is relevant for residents.
How was the Compact created?
The whole Compact has been designed and completed in conjunction with residents, from the beginnings in the Resident Involvement Strategy (after a day spent with residents challenging our service in 2007) through to final agreement on the whole Compact through the Housing Strategy Panel in 2008.
The compact was reviewed at the end of 2009, and a new updated version should have been posted through your door. You can also use the link on the right to open a PDF version.
