Rents- Ways To Pay Your Rent

There are various ways that you can pay your rent which are as follows

By Direct Debit (recommended method)

This is the simplest and most cost effective way to pay. It saves you having to remember to pay and costs us less to administer. You must have a bank or a building society account which accepts direct debit instructions. A direct debit form is provided for you to complete and return to this office or you can now set up a direct debit over the phone simply by calling us, see the contact details to the right of this page. Once set up no further action is required by you. Payments are due on the 1st or the 10th of each month and we will write to you confirming the details. Any change in your payment amount is notified to you in plenty of time to ask us about it before we request it from your bank.

To find out more about Direct Debits please select the article from the left hand menu entitled "Direct Debits".

Swipe card

Unless you have asked to pay by direct debit, a plastic payment card is automatically provided for you to make payment at any post office. No charge is made by the post office for this service, but payment must be made in cash. The card does not hold any details other than your name and reference number. The places you can pay have already been extended to include Paypoint and Payzone.
