It will normally take 13 days from start to completion of a standard kitchen. The process starts with a visit from the Tenant Liaison Officer to "validate" the condition of the existing kitchen.

If it requires replacement the resident is asked to choose the colour scheme for the tiles, units and flooring.

A letter will then be sent to advise of the start day for the works.
