Hostel Management Service Standard

We have developed service standards for each team and the area of work that they cover, to ensure that you receive a consistently high quality service from us.

Poole Housing Partnership promise to deliver the following to you:

  • Make an appointment to visit licensees within 48 hours of sign-up
  • Monitor the cleanliness of flats and communal areas regularly each month
  • Visit the accommodation to provide gas and electricity cards on request
  • Provide help and support to licensees on request
  • Maintain the hostels to a high standard
  • Carry out any repair required to the accommodation and communal areas promptly
  • Ensure equipment and alarms are regularly tested and maintained
  • Ensure licensees abide by the conditions of their licence of occupation
