PHP Plus- What If?
Advice on what to do if, as a member of PHP Plus, you no longer meet membership criteria.
You become a member of PHP Plus by successfully meeting the application criteria when making your application.
While you're a member a problem may arise with your tenancy where you longer meet the membership criteria, e.g. you miss a rent payment.
In the unlikely event that such circumstances affect you, your membership of PHP Plus will be suspended until the problem, whatever it may be, is sorted out.
We will offer support and advice wherever we can to help resolve any problems you may be experiencing.
Once it's sorted, you will not need to re-apply, but you will need to let us know that you wish to re-instate your membership.
