Decent Homes Plus
When new kitchens and bathrooms are being fitted in your area, as a PHP Plus member, you will receive priority over non-members. If your home is included in the current year's Decent Homes Programme.
Direct Debit Plus
If you change to paying your rent by Direct Debit each month, you will be entered into an annual prize draw to win cash prizes:

Repairs Plus
Enjoy access to a faster repairs service than non-members. Repairs that are normally attended to in 5 days will be done in 3* days and repairs normally take 20 days will be done in 14* days.
As a member, you will also have the opportunity to pay for any re-chargeable repair** after the work is carried out, while non-members have to pay for work beforehand.
In addition to this, as a PHP Plus member, you are entitled to a 10% discount on your next re-chargeable repair***. Please mention your discount when calling our Helpdesk.
Garage Priority
As a PHP Plus member, you get priority access to apply for a garage in your area (subject to availability). Please ensure that you put your PHP Plus membership number on your garage application form.
PHP Plus Privilege Card
This exclusive card entitles you to members only discounts on a range of products at Jewson stores nationwide. Simply present your card at the checkout when making your purchase.
Handyman Plus
Need a job doing around the house, but have no-one you can trust to do the work? As a PHP Plus member you have access to a 'Handyman', who can carry out those little jobs like putting up a new shelf or fitting a curtain pole*.
A fixed fee of £30 gives you up to one hour 'Handyman' time, which includes the cost of minor items such as nails and screws. Every quarter hour after the first hour costs £5. You can pay using a credit or debit card, cheque or cash.

Goodbye Plus
Like any organisation, we hate to lose our valued customers, but we understand that sometimes people's circumstances change.
If you decide to leave your PHP property, and leave it in a clean, tidy condition and have no outstanding issues with us, PHP Plus members are eligible for a one-off payment of £150.
When you say 'goodbye' to PHP simply:
- Give us four weeks written notice of your intention to move
- Let us show prospective tenants around
- Leave your home clean and tidy
Plant & Paint Plus
If you have difficulty decorating your home or looking after your garden, perhaps because you are elderly, disabled or have no-one to help you out, we can help.
PHP Plus members can apply to have one room decorated per year, or regular help to keep the garden in order.

Homemover Plus
Moving to a smaller home can save you money, with lower rent, running costs and less cleaning to do.
If you live in a two, three or four bedroom home, are a PHP Plus member and would like to move somewhere with fewer bedrooms, you could qualify for £1000 cash for every bedroom you give up, or extra help with the move.
As an alternative to the cash, you may want to choose from a selection of alternatives. We can help relieve the stress of moving by arranging the removals or re-decorating your home.
